Some web hosting companies provide very good support and various forms of help to guide you and get your website up and running and able to make the most of the features included in the package.

At some of the web hosts you will find video tutorials and these can come in very useful as often people may not want to dig through articles or have enough time or patience to read through text so watching a quick video tutorial can be a great solution and many people can often learn how to do something a whole lot quicker after having watched a short video tutorial and are then able to setup and use features within their hosting account.

Unfortunately not all web hosts will provide video tutorials, and i wouldn't recommend choosing a web host purely for their tutorials but if you are lucky enough to find a good web host that provides a good overall service and does provide them then thats all the better for you and can save you having to dig around for information when you are trying to set something up for the very first time.
